Recently went to the Houston Zoo and it was amazing . This Zoo is huge. They have a large varitey of animeals from different places like New Zealand , Madagascar , Congo, Dubai and so much more. The animals are paired up with buddies in each containment area. which is nice to see. I often hear about how zoo animals are somtimes very depressed because they are not with others. the majority of wildlife animals are socail creatures. So its nice to see this zoo care for the animals needs this way. You guys should totally check this place out. their tickets are fairly cheap.

hello im Elizabeth im 21 years old and live in Houston , Texas.i absolutely love nature and seeing new life grow and develop. i love how beautiful the earth is and all of the plants and wildlife it has . we are constantly on the go that we sometimes forget to stop and truly appreciate how wonderful life can really be. when ever i see young beings whether it be animals, plants, or people . i get a warm fuzzy feeling inside of my heart. So i thought id create this blog so others can feel the same thing i feel and stop to look at the beauty of things.

I just saw this adorable little elephant and i just had to share it. Did you know that elephants throw sand and dirt with their trunks on their body so they dont get sunburn? Elephants carry their babies for up to 2 years. Wow, I can just imagine all of the mothers out there gasping. I bet they could never picture doing that.
